Working principle: the working principle is that the crushed pulp, juice, skin, pickles and so on after desalting enter the pressing belt through the distributor, and then squeeze out juice or discharge water through the pressing belt.

When working, the refined raw material (solid-liquid mixture) is continuously pumped into the feed hopper by the screw pump (material bandwidth can be adjusted), and evenly distributed by the distributing roller. A large amount of water is slowly pressed out of the curving wedge-shaped area to form a press cake. In the press area, a press roller with "L" shaped layering presses the water out and ensures that the water quickly overflows from both sides. Later, the diameter of the press roller decreases, and the filter belt is in the shape of "S", which produces the shear force of decreasing surface pressure, ensuring the dehydration effect. In order to further improve the dehydration rate, a press roller which can produce linear pressure and peripheral pressure is added. After dehydration, the filter cake is scraped off by a wear-resistant scraper. The two filter belts are continuously washed by high-pressure nozzle, so that the filter belt keeps a good effect of high juice. Spray washing water through the backflow pump through the arc filter automatic filtration, slag discharge, recycling, energy saving. The pressure filter belt is woven with nylon silk warp and weft. It is acid and alkali resistant, in line with food hygiene, easy to produce juice, non-water absorption and high strength.

When working, the air bag is used to tighten the filter belt and the special rotary valve control belt is used to control the deviation, which is not only stable but also avoid overload, safe and reliable, and realize the whole process of automation.
