Technical features:

1. The moving parts of aseptic filling machine are equipped with steam barrier to ensure aseptic state.

2, asepsis room using steam combined with bactericide sterilization of asepsis room and asepsis bag mouth, asepsis room through high temperature steam to maintain positive pressure to avoid outside air into the asepsis room, at the same time asepsis chamber to maintain the temperature of 90-100℃ (according to the process setting) to ensure its asepsis state.

3, the asepsis room is equipped with residual liquid steam purge mechanism, the filling valve after closing the valve mouth residual liquid through the steam purge out of the asepsis room, to avoid the asepsis room pollution.

4. The aseptic bag needs to be loaded manually by the operator, and then the equipment will automatically send the aseptic bag installed in the bag feeding mechanism into the filling station for filling. The bag will enter the aseptic chamber for advanced pre-sterilization, and then enter the aseptic filling chamber, and complete the aseptic bag cap pulling, filling machine and capping in the aseptic filling chamber.

5. Siemens series is adopted to control filling, cleaning, sterilization and other actions. PLC measures and controls the temperature and pressure of key parts to ensure that the system is in aseptic state. At the same time, control the mechanical action of filling machine and cooperate with flowmeter for quantitative filling.

6, the bag opening, filling and sealing are all carried out in aseptic environment, manual completion of the bag, the equipment automatically complete the opening, filling, sealing, bag action;

7, the use of three pre-sterilization, aseptic cavity to complete the cap pulling, quantitative filling, capping and other actions;

8. The filling head is equipped with a cap pulling confirmation system, which can only be filled after the aseptic cap is confirmed to be pulled out, so aseptic room can be avoided from being contaminated by products;

9, with CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization function, the equipment can enable cleaning or sterilization mode, in order to facilitate online cleaning with other equipment or independent connection CIP station cleaning.
